Apologiez for the long delay in posting this, I was reluctant to do much work on it for some reason (it's messy and could have obviously used some kind of conclusion/summary [make your own] but it's probably just about readable, to be honest I just wanted to put it up so I can move on, let me know if there are any errors or have forgotten something major and I'll correct if necessary tomorrow);
